Who am I?

I was born and raised in Constanta, Romania and my life path brought me to Lisbon, Portugal where I live currently. I am passionate about the human body, energy and consciousness.

Every since childhood I was very sensitive and highly attuned to energy around me. Along the years I developed and deepened my awareness about the healing power of the energy and the wisdom of the body. My healing journey initiated with Reiki, a door opened towards a spiritual path, which I am pursuing since 1995 through yoga and other authentic practices. I have deepened the understanding of energy and consciousness within the Core Energetics professional training with the Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics.

At the moment I am expanding more and more, the vision, understanding and perception of the energetic subtle world through the authentic teachings of  Tantra and Hatha Yoga with Somananda School. ​
