About the Course
This is true Yoga — not just stretching or exercise, but a path that brings your body, mind, and spirit into harmony.
In Tantra Yoga Level 1, you’ll learn and practice time-tested yogic methods with profound effects that have been passed down for thousands of years. These teachings are offered as a living transmission, very practical and adapted for modern life.
Every class is live and interactive (no recordings), so you can be fully present and receive the benefits of authentic practice. Sessions are attuned to the group’s energy, creating a personal and collective journey. You’ll also be supported by a small, intimate community to stay motivated and share your progress.

About Eva
Eva is a lifelong seeker and practitioner of yoga and the tantric arts. Over the years she has studied and explored different branches of yoga and tantra, diving deeply into their practices and philosophy.
Her journey took a profound turn when she discovered the authentic teachings of Tantra Yoga. Since then, she has dedicated her studies to the Somananda Tantra School, where she continues to grow and has committed herself as a teacher within this lineage.
Eva’s mission is to share authentic, undiluted yogic wisdom in a way that is human, accessible, and practical for modern life. Through her teaching she invites students to discover balance, energy, and spiritual depth within themselves.
